Jamie Lynn’s baby, Britney’s niece, is breastfed - we know this because allegedly, photos of her breastfeeding the baby are being offered for sale by a Wal-Mart employee after Casey, baby Maddie’s dad, took the memory card in to be processed.

Half Pint Pixie blogs about the thorny Nestlé issue - expect more sponsorship of fluffy child-friendly events in the run-up to the launch of Nestlé formula in the UK. They were sponsoring the Netmums Coffee House last year (to loud outcry from many) and now it’s Childline.

In China, more than 50 babies have kidney stones and another has died - tests showed the formula was tainted with toxic melamine, in order to make the product appear rich in protein. 700 tonnes of infant formula has been recalled by Sanlu Group Co. I had mastitis when my youngest son was ten days old. I’d had a hot, sore lump on my breast since that morning and frequent feeds weren’t doing much to soften it. As it got redder, my temperature went up and I began to feel fluey. Not pleasant!
